The UCAB Patient Organization was established by patients and activists on December 10, 2010, at the initiative of the All-Ukrainian Charitable Foundation <<All-Ukrainian Network of PLWH>>. Its policies and procedures are based entirely on the best international practices of a similar European body, the European Community Advisory Board (ECAB), where patients from all over Europe have been actively sorting out their rights to treatment for many years.
