Patients of Ukraine urge the Minister of Health to budget the sufficient amount of funds for HIV/AIDS and TB treatment in the State Budget of Ukraine for the upcoming 2016 year. This Ukraine’s commitment to international community and the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is set forth in the agreement with the international organization. If Ukraine fails to fulfill its obligations, there will be a high risk to lose a portion of funds provided by one of the largest financial donors and partners, who ensure treatment for thousands of patients with HIV/AIDS and tuberculosis in Ukraine.
