About changes, development and growth of everyone in the team.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Page 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>It was about experience, new skills and knowledge. About a large number of activities, initiatives, projects, and collaborations. About support, respect, communication, and teamwork. About partnerships, reliability and trust.
