Today people, infected with tuberculosis, HIV and hepatitis, addressed to\u00a0the President of\u00a0Ukraine Viktor F. Yanukovych asking to\u00a0save their lives by\u00a0issuing a\u00a0special order to\u00a0allocate UAH 1\u00a0billion in\u00a0the 2013 budget for their treatment.
