\n\u00abThe main obstacle to\u00a0access to\u00a0treatment for 7\u00a0million people living with this Hepatitis C\u00a0in\u00a0Eastern Europe and Central Asia is\u00a0the unacceptable and unfair pricing policy of\u00a0the pharmaceutical companies. The treatment of\u00a0Hepatitis C\u00a0costs $15\u00a0000 in\u00a0the region, which in\u00a0its own right deprives people of\u00a0obtaining it\u00a0and thus staying alive.<\/p>\n
