The strategy of health care system reform in Odessa Oblast for the next six months was presented today at the press conference. For the first time, patient organizations, namely the Charitable Foundation “Patients of Ukraine”, which represents more than 120 NGOs, were involved to participate in the reform of the health care system in this Oblast.
